97/3 Solder-Safe lead-free solid wire tin-copper solder has a faster melting range allowing operators to rapidly fill small, tight-fitting pipe connections. Its low temperature and free-flowing properties reduce cycle time and required heat input. 97/3 is primarily used for joining copper pipe in potable water systems This tin-based alloy conforms to the 1986 Federal Safe Drinking Water Act Amendment. It is 100% environmentally safe with no antimony or nickel. Complies with the EU Reach & RoHS directive.
